Learn How to Implement and Scale Your Virtual Care Program
New technologies are fundamentally changing the way people interact with health care. Successful implementation of hybrid virtual care is imperative for improving patient outcomes and ensuring financial stability for health care practices. CTRC Digital Health Implementation Workshop Series is designed to help health centers to evaluate their virtual care programs and create a successful strategy for improving virtual care delivery.
Our curriculum was developed by staff with over 40 years of combined knowledge and experience in digital health, in collaboration with a diverse community of health care pioneers and innovators who have shared their experience and wisdom with us over the years. If you are seeking to improve or launch a new virtual care program at your health center, join us in this upcoming Virtual Workshop Series!
Learning Objectives:
Participants will use the CTRC Digital Health Implementation Roadmap to navigate the critical steps in successfully planning or revitalizing a digital health program. During each session, we will share tips, tools, and guidelines to help our participants successfully navigate virtual care implementation. Participants will also have the opportunity to connect with peers and organizations in similar positions for shared learning. Whether you are launching a new digital health program, looking for change management guidance, or just seeking out opportunities for improvement to take your virtual care program to the next level, this series will provide you with ample insight and opportunities.
The areas addressed during this series of sessions will include specialty service needs, payer mix, technical infrastructure, staffing resources, virtual visit best practices, clinical staff and administrative leadership buy-in, and additional program success and sustainability considerations.
This series is limited to the first 20 organizations to register and submit an organization readiness assessment. A maximum of three attendees per organization can attend each session. These limitations are in place to ensure the quality of the workshop experience. Each workshop session will be a 90-minute session from noon to 1:30 pm PT, extending our usual office hour session time with an additional 30 minutes to allow for interactive and constructive group discussions. Participants are required to complete and submit an organizational readiness assessment for their organization to the CTRC by May 10, 2022, to participate in sessions two, three, and four. Attendees will also be asked to complete a post-training evaluation survey.
