HRSA-NETRC 2022 Telehealth Tuesday Webinar Series: The Role Of Telehealth In Expanding Access To Care And Social Services Part 1: Telehealth And The Impact Of Community Health Workers (CHWs)
This 4-part webinar series will address these concerns by identifying barriers and by highlighting sustainable models that have reduced inequalities and improved health outcomes. Presenters will describe the role of telehealth and what staffing, programmatic, and process changes have been implemented to increase access to health care, and social services.
CTRC Office Hour: Provider Best Practices for a Hybrid Model of Care
We will be focusing on best practices for providing care in a hybrid clinic model in this February CTRC office hour. The session will start with an introduction and brief presentation from a subject matter expert before transitioning to an open discussion and Q&A with all participants.
