CTRC Office Hour: Provider Best Practices for a Hybrid Model of Care
We focused on best practices for providing care in a hybrid clinic model in this February CTRC office hour. The session will start with an introduction and brief presentation from a subject matter expert before transitioning to an open discussion and Q&A with all participants.

Ellie Lopez, Director of Integrated Health Services at Borrego Health. Borrego Health is a Federally Qualified Health Center that operates 25 clinics in two Southern California counties and has utilized telehealth in their clinics since 2009. This session will provide insight into the best practices and lessons learned through the years of experience with a hybrid virtual care model.
