Description:
There are documented resources for delivering care to older adults, for telehealth best practices, for specific sites of care, but little to none that address all three aspects. To address the gap, West Health Institute is working with leading experts in older adults, telehealth and healthcare in a national collaborative. The objective of the collaborative is to accelerate progress in the adoption of telehealth that meets the needs of older adults through the development of a framework that healthcare organizations can use to develop and enhance care delivered through telehealth for older adults.
The California Telehealth Resource Center (CTRC) is a leading source of knowledge and education for telehealth providers, patients, and safety net populations across California. A proud part of the National Consortium of Telehealth Resource Centers.
