Jeff Dunbar is the Chief Executive Officer of OffSiteCare, Inc., a telemedicine company that delivers critical care services to rural hospitals, offering customized solutions for ICUs, hospitalist services, ER consults, and specialist access to enhance the standard of care. Dunbar has dedicated his entire career to healthcare, beginning with a local HMO serving rural counties in Northern California. He co-founded OffSiteCare in 2007 and has been a leader in the organization ever since, focusing on providing solutions to rural communities through digital health tools and connection.
In addition to his role at OffSiteCare, Dunbar serves as a board member of the California State Rural Health Association (CSRHA) and Advisor to the California Telehealth Resource Center. He is a respected voice in both rural health care and digital health spaces.
