This will be a collaborative 30-minute presentation with the UMTRC and the NETRC with open Q&A for any Remote Patient Monitoring questions you may have.

• Basic use cases for Remote Patient Monitoring
• Resources for starting a Remote Patient Monitoring Program
• What a RPM visit looks like through a simulated patient and provider interaction
Speakers:
Cameron Hilt, MPH, is the Program Director for the Upper Midwest Telehealth Resource Center and the Crossroads Partnership for Telehealth at the Indiana Rural Health Association.
Reid Plimpton is the Program Manager for the federally funded (HRSA/FORHP) Northeast Telehealth Resource Center, a member of the National Consortium of Telehealth Resource Centers. While assisting organizations in developing, implementing, and expanding telehealth programs, he researches and tracks telehealth reimbursement policies, legal and regulatory issues, model programs, telehealth technology, and other topics. Mr. Plimpton completed his Master of Public Health with Honors from The Dartmouth Institute for Health Policy and Clinical Practice in June of 2019.
