Digital Health accessibility encompasses a variety of barriers including digital literacy and access to adequate technology and connectivity. Community access points such as libraries and schools offer a great alternative to home-based telehealth, removing those barriers. Since 2022, Christian and his team have worked on the strategy, design, and implementation of telehealth services in over 10 schools and libraries connecting them with 6 clinical providers in an innovative, provider- and technology-agnostic approach in rural North Central Washington. In this presentation focused on pragmatic guidance, Christian and Trevor will share their approach, best practices, and the key lessons learned so that you can launch your own school or library telehealth services.
