The CTRC Implementation Roadmap curriculum was developed by staff with over 40 years of combined knowledge and experience in telehealth, in collaboration with a diverse community of health care pioneers and innovators who have shared their insight with us over the years. Join us in this upcoming virtual workshop series!
This first session will focus on the assessment portion of the Telehealth Implementation Roadmap. A needs assessment helps an organization identify key unmet needs and devise effective strategies and approaches to meet them. The CTRC Telehealth Needs Analysis provides a clear understanding of the nature and scope of unmet needs as well as a sound foundation for planning. The initial clinical analysis helps to clarify objectives and shared expectations, improve coordination of services and resources, and provide a supporting structure for your program evaluation.
