We will be highlighting a new contracting model for telehealth diabetic retinopathy screening in this upcoming CTRC office hour. This session will start with an introduction and presentation from subject matter experts before transitioning to an open discussion and Q&A with all participants.
The UC Berkeley Digital Health program provides diabetic retinopathy screening services to over a hundred health systems throughout California. The session will cover the basics of implementing an effective screening program; logistical considerations; and PPS-rate reimbursement and billing practices modeled for California Federally Qualified Health Centers.
