Presenters will describe the role of telehealth and what staffing\, programmatic\, and process changes have been implemented to increase access to health care\, and social services. \nThis webinar is a close collaboration between HRSA IEA Region 1 and the Northeast Telehealth Resource Center. The series goal is to highlight sustainable models of telehealth and best practices to increase access to health care and reduce health disparities. Borrego Health is a Federally Qualified Health Center that operates 25 clinics in two Southern California counties and has utilized telehealth in their clinics since 2009. DESCRIPTION:HRSA recently announced the next Health Centered Control Network goals\, metrics\, and timelines. Attend this information session to learn how OCHIN will continue to support your health centers’ goals and priorities with the OCHIN’s next HCCN. During this session\, we will present a general overview of OCHIN’s Health Center Controlled Network (HCCN)\, highlight the benefits of being a part of our HCCN\, and identify some of the new opportunities OCHIN’s HCCN will be providing for the upcoming years. You will be able to meet the experts\, ask questions\, and engage in open discussion to better familiarize yourself with the enormous number of resources we have to offer. \n  \nWho should attend:  \nOur current participating health centers (PHCs) looking to continue a partnership into the next grant cycle. \nHealth care centers currently without a partnering HCCN or looking to switch partnerships. \nAll FQHCs and FQHC look-alikes qualify. \nThere are no size or location restrictions of any kind. OCHIN supports multiple EHRs\, so there is no need to use OCHIN’s Epic EHR to join. \n  \nREGISTER HERE
